choice
The Gemara in the first chapter of the book says: "The difficulty of Dr. Yochanan in the context of Rabbi Yochanan, who said to Rabbi Yochanan: Not all who are gathered are mothers, but all who are gathered are mothers, so there is no choice, and Rabbi Yochanan said that there is no choice, as Rav Assi ar-R Yochanan said: The brothers who shared – they are customers, and they return to each other in the jubilee." It is not clear why in the case of the brothers who shared, the position that there is no choice must be attributed to Rabbi Yochanan, since even if in principle there is a choice, it can only be applied when a person also had the power in real time to carry out the decision that was ultimately made retroactively, but if the ambiguity was independent of him, what was found out retroactively is that the area he finally received belonged to him from the beginning, since in real time he did not have the power over what ultimately turned out to belong to him, since the brothers' partnership in the inheritance was equal.
