Concerned citizen

Hello, Your Honor, Rabbi.
Birth rates in the Haredi community today: the median age is 16. According to the data, the community doubles every 16 years. That is, every building/road, etc. that we see needs to be built twice every 16 years. (By the way, the non-Haredi community in the State of Israel doubles every 50 years). Honorable Rabbi, is it clear to you that this leads to a life of poverty, to terrible overcrowding, and to chasing our own tails and enslaving all resources in order to try to build the country at the desired pace? The increase at this rate is because every 50 years the community doubles itself 8 times!! Are my fears justified? If so, is it your job as a spiritual person to warn about this and maybe someone will wake up? And thirdly, is it appropriate and correct (and possible) to limit the birth rate or do something else?
