Cultured meat

I recently saw a ruling by Rabbi David Lau that this meat is considered fur, as well as a letter from Rabbis Zohar on the subject that makes a similar claim. https://www.tzohar.org.il/?p=41799
I wanted to ask what the rabbi's position is on the issue of whether meat is flesh or fur, and what the reasoning is for this.
Ostensibly, according to Rambam's interpretation of the reason for prohibiting chicken with milk (so that meat and milk would not be prohibited), this was supposed to be the same as chicken and even more severe, since there is certainly more room for confusion here.
If you don't accept the interpretation, you need to explain why poultry is forbidden by the rabbis (or claim that it is forbidden by the Torah – it seems unlikely to me/not forbidden at all – it seems more likely to me)
I would like to argue that anyone who believes that the product is fur must agree with one of three things:
1. It is permissible to eat chicken in milk – this has not been accepted as halachic throughout the generations, starting from the Gemara.
2. It is forbidden to eat chicken in milk according to the Torah – sounds less likely to me.
3. It is forbidden to eat chicken in milk according to the rabbis – then a different reason must be given than the interpretation of Maimonides.
