From the Physico-Theological Vision Notebook
Good week
Hello Rabbi,
I read your notebook (very interesting, but too short) and wanted to ask a question.
The rabbi wrote in the notebook that the laws of nature are very special and therefore it is not plausible to claim that they are random. Laws that turn something simple into something complex are very special. And most of the laws will not create anything complex. This argument is very logical and I accept it.
But my question is, wouldn't every set of rules have a certain parameter that would be most unique to it? – For example, our set of rules creates complex things, another set of rules would have the ability to create the largest star of all other sets of rules, a third set of rules would cause a uniform distribution of matter in space. etc. etc.
So, why is complexity a better parameter than a set of rules for the largest star, for example?
It seems to me like our personal choice. Isn't it? But who said that a subjective choice can claim something real and certainly speak like a creator to the world…
