Halachic Arguments Against Kashrut Reform

Hello Rabbi
I recently heard a conversation from a Rabbi who came out against the kashrut reform for two reasons.
1) In the reform, there is no "coming and going" which is the deterrent that the supervisor can come in at any moment because the supervision is not regional but according to networks.
2) Because those private bodies are funded by businesses, so they are affected by the matter.
The same rabbi claimed that these reasons invalidate kashrut.
I wanted to know your Honor's opinion regarding those reasons.
