How should we regard Christian propaganda against the Sages and the Rishonim?

Hello Rabbi and good month,
Apologies in advance for the question about Christianity, never a nice subject. An American friend sent me a link to a modern Christian interpretation they have of the "New Testament" online – all well and good and familiar in their style, but what angered him was that even today, they continue to lie and distort, even though they quote.

I asked: How should we treat such things in the future, should we ignore them or give a specific answer? I would appreciate brief guidance on the matter.
(In the above case, when I presented the full Hebrew source and the full Halacha in Rambam and the true context, only he understood the distortion and bias).
