How to deal with frustration from the evil in the world.

שו"תHow to deal with frustration from the evil in the world.

Hello.
Your logical opinion is well known that the world, most of the time, as usual, follows the laws of nature.

In your book No Man Is Ruler in the Spirit, you wrote that this somewhat excuses the question of a righteous man and is bad for him, since in reality it is the laws that rule in the world and there is truly no just reckoning in this world, and because of this it follows that the righteous man suffers, etc. (The Gemara in Kiddushin: "The reward of a mitzvah is as follows: ")

You wrote that there is also the matter of choice that must be upheld along with the laws of nature. And there is probably no better option.

However, you wrote that it is still difficult to understand why rare interventions in difficult cases cannot happen, such as a tsunami.

My question is this:
We constantly see injustice around us, completely unnecessary suffering inflicted on truly good people, and the question is how do we deal with it mentally?!

A.
What do I explain to myself about God?
What justification is there for so much suffering for good and honest people? How can it be that from a Creator who commands us to be good and punishes those who abuse orphans and the weak, so much evil results?!
How do I continue to love someone I feel has thrown us to the dogs without an answer to this question?!

on.
How can you not tremble with fear of life?!
From terrorist attacks, accidents, illnesses, earthquakes, and a million other things that turn on us in a second, life is so fragile, so how can we live calmly?!
At least for those who believe that "every bullet has an address," then this question is not difficult, because whatever happens will be for the best.
But for those who think that an earthquake doesn't distinguish between the righteous and the wicked, life is very scary because of how fragile it is???
Thank you very much.

The question of how to deal with something mentally should be addressed to a psychologist. I have nothing to say about that. A. I explained the justification for people's suffering there in detail. I didn't understand what the question was. It is a necessary consequence of the laws of nature and God has nothing to do with it. B. As mentioned, a question for a psychologist. But I didn't understand the comparisons you're making. Even if you're sure that God is in control of what's happening here, you still don't know whether you're righteous or not and what will happen to you. So what does it matter? In practice, no one can be safe from natural disasters and human harm, even if they hold the position that everything is from God. And by the way, "every bullet has an address" is not equivalent to "everything is for the best."
