Hello Rabbi,
question:
What is there really an absolute halakhic obligation to believe in? If there is such an obligation at all? I went through the answers here on the site and was unable to find an answer regarding a halakhic obligation.

There is not and cannot be a halakhic obligation to believe. Although Maimonides listed this as mitzvah number one in his book of commandments, many have already commented on the absurdity of the matter.
But beyond that, there's no point in even having a discussion about it. And if there is a mitzvah, will it make someone who doesn't believe believe? So what's the point of discussing it? By the way, it appears on the website.
