Law of Return
Is the above law racist/discriminatory/problematic in your opinion?
In my opinion, no, because a Gentile who is not an Israeli citizen cannot say that the State of Israel is depriving him of something he deserves. There is some kind of privilege here that is granted to those the state wants… sort of like benefits from the state to fighters, which jobbers (like me) do not receive. Do you agree?

Not accurate. There are non-Jewish residents of Israel who do not have the right to have their family immigrate to Israel like Jews do. Here, this is already discrimination. The question of whether it is justified is another question. Beyond that, Jews from around the world are entitled to be citizens here, but anyone who is not a halachically Jewish (or at least their grandfather) is not entitled to this. There is also a dimension of discrimination here. In other countries, those who are not citizens of the country do not have the right to come there, and therefore there is no discrimination between groups there.
