looking

I wrote a poem and posted it on Facebook. I attached a picture of a brown eye as I described in the poem. It should be noted that this is a partial picture of a girl's face. My question is, is there a prohibition in this, "Before the city is built, do not create an obstacle, perhaps someone will enjoy it," or is there no prohibition in this? I would be happy to explain why…
