On intuition and a way to examine reality

שו"תOn intuition and a way to examine reality
שאל לפני 3 שנים

Hello, Your Honor.

A general question that came to my mind, perhaps a bit strange.

It is well known and famous that Halacha is its rulings and books. Likewise, the rulings and scholars who deal with it, among other things, also benefit a person from knowing where he stands in terms of keeping his commandments and religious behavior. I heard from Rabbi Uri Sharki once that one of the most frustrating things that exists in his opinion in some other religions is that according to them a person can never know if he is righteous, moderately wicked, and so on, whereas in Judaism a person can know his status.
And yet, of course, it is also simple that community leaders also exist to guide the common man who is not very well-off.

And here the following question arises for me:
A person who is not a bar and finds himself in a situation where he has no possibility of receiving aliyah, an answer to this and why, because this is a very rare and strange and even borderline situation (a Jew who is married with a family and children, who is observant of Torah and mitzvot, who in retrospect is revealed to be such and whose current community is conservative and will probably not like him if he reveals the truth, should he hide his identity and undergo conversion in secret. Although he will no longer be able to examine his religious progress more honestly with his rabbi. A woman who has been sexually abused, and as a result cannot develop a healthier sexual attraction and cannot consult with any figure out of fear because she was harmed by a senior figure – is it permissible for her to transgress the prohibitions of incest in order to develop a healthy sexual attraction again, etc. People with an anxiety disorder or a severe physical illness, for whom it is probably difficult to clarify opinions and correct understanding, etc.) – a person should not act. In general. With both his analytical and intuitive tools completely "screwed up". And no one in his immediate environment wants to help him? In the religious context of course of correct behavior and observance of the commandments

A little strange? This is the understatement of the year. Fragmented sentences and everything is confused here. If you want to ask a question, phrase it properly. It should be concrete (and not what is a person with all his tools screwed up supposed to do?).
