In honor of Rabbi Shalom
A rabbi has the tools to rule on halakhic law in cases where there is no logic, as follows:
In the book of Zechariah, two conflicting sources are cited: one claims that the soul is consumed by the day, and even if it could do the work in a day, it can be done in a day, and the other claims that there is a day and there is no verse, a dispute among the Rishonim, etc.
According to the Shulchan Arbiter, the ruling is that the halakhic period is one day, and the Rema ruled that the halakhic period is one day (see 53).
It is not explained anywhere that Sabra here or here, but that there are one Rishonim as in the first verse and one as in the second verse.
(This is just an example)
thanks

I didn't understand how this dispute is different from any other dispute. Perhaps the first dispute should be based on whether the works of the rabbinic were not prohibited at all (then there is no reason to demand it from the day before) or whether they were only permitted (then it should be discussed whether they were permitted in a situation where the rabbinic authorities could do so). And if you do not have a decision or explanation, follow the custom: Sephardim according to the author and Ashkenazim according to the Rama.
