Quote by Rabbi

I heard the rabbi quoted: "According to the simple and widespread understanding of the Rambam, I am indeed an Epicurus, but I understand the Rambam differently and thus I am not an Epicurus."
Is the quote correct?
 
Additionally, I asked the rabbi about the person bringing a get on a ship and the rabbi did not respond to my last response. I appreciate the response.
