"Rape, mercifully, is a fungus" in relation to sexual orientation

שו"ת"Rape, mercifully, is a fungus" in relation to sexual orientation
שאל לפני 3 שנים

Can a person who has same-sex relations be exempted from the charge of rape, Rahmaana Patriya?
I'll elaborate, and actually, how many questions are there?
1. If there is a person with a homosexual orientation whose lack of sexual satisfaction will cause him to fall into severe depression to the point of fear of suicide, is there a reason to allow him to be granted life support by the provider?
2. If there is no fear of suicide but there is a reasonable chance that it will cause him to become very depressed to the point of dysfunction, is this considered rape?
3. If it is indeed possible to exempt same-sex relationships in cases of concern for life/rape, who is authorized to determine whether there is a concern for depression/suicide due to lack of sexual satisfaction? (Obviously, this is supposed to be a psychologist or psychiatrist. But as I seem to have understood from you, from things you wrote in the past, that your trust in psychology is very limited)

The first argument for rape is that it simply cannot be suppressed. Why do all these rapes occur? Fear of mental harm is similar to physical harm, and loss of sanity is similar to death. I wrote about this in one of the columns recently (530). But incest should not be permitted even in a place where there is fear of death, so I do not understand the question.
