I am interested in law. And I am interested in knowing whether the rabbi wrote articles in the field (without the connection to halacha). On judicial activism, on the relationship between law and culture and who constitutes whom, legal formalism, and more.
I would also be happy to hear from the rabbi to those whose opinions the rabbi has read and respects.

I have written quite a few things about the first and third topics, but usually within other things. The Spirit of Law books deal with the question of activism (the relationship between legislation and judgment) and a little with formalism on the philosophical level.
