Hi. Two questions have come up this Saturday, I would appreciate it if you could help me with them.
1. "He creates light and creates darkness," how did God create darkness, when darkness does not exist in itself, but simply the absence of light.
2. If God is indeed eternal and infinite, he could not have reached the point where he caused the explosion, because he would have had to go through infinity before that, which would have taken him an infinite amount of time, or in other words, eternity.
If God is eternal, it means that He lived infinitely before "creation."
So, how did he reach the point of creation?

1. I don't know. Maybe darkness is also some kind of reality. When there is no light, we discover what existed before the light. And maybe after the light was created, its limitation is the creation of darkness. And it is possible that this is a parable of good and evil, as in the verse.   2. The concept of infinity leads to many paradoxes and misunderstandings. In general, there is no moment of minus infinity from which to begin moving forward. When we talk about infinity in this context, we mean that the time of God's existence is not finite.
