The Haredim and the Reason for Reasonability in the Face of Torah Knowledge

Why are the Haredim actually enthusiastic supporters of the concept of Da'at Torah, and in every small and big matter they go out of their way to hear the pure view,
But we fail to understand the High Court – which also uses the reason for reasonableness, as does the entire country of Israel.
The Haredim were the ones who needed to understand the High Court the most?
