The smell of heaven 👃

The gentile with me at work just heated up lunch in the microwave.
The smell that came from there was simply terrifying.
Wonderful, a real paradise
I have never smelled such a refined and special fragrance.
I decided, with great excitement, to do the deeds of my ancestors, Jacob our father, "and he smelled the aroma of his food and blessed it."
I complimented him appropriately and as is proper, and of course he offered me a taste.
Of course I refused and he knows I'm Jewish and that's forbidden.
But he told me that even smelling is forbidden 👃
Is he right?
