Two questions

1. Have you ever seen or read Shai Yafet's series of articles on his website – A Hint of a Concept – on the subject of biblical criticism? There he systematically refutes the traditional claims of Torah from heaven.
It's interesting that it's based on your response to Rabbi Amit Kula's book, and I wonder what you would say about his conclusions there?!

2. While you are talking about the difference between Torah in the haftza and Torah in the gabra, what would be the halacha regarding reading or studying in the services something that for me is Torah in the gabra (a book of philosophy, etc.), and in general what are the halacha regarding studying and reading in the services, what is permitted and what is prohibited?

1. No. I'm not particularly interested in those trivial issues and I've already explained why here. 2. I can say that your question 1 can be answered in the services. In my opinion, it is also possible to engage in Torah study there. Torah study is anything of value that is not Torah in the flesh.
