War on demography

The results of the council elections show that the Haredi demographics are giving their signs. Assuming that we both agree that the Haredi demographics could pose an existential threat to the economic future (and possibly also the democratic one, certainly in everything related to human rights and basic liberal values) of Israel, then how does the rabbi think the state should deal with such a thing? Would it even be realistic to eradicate the Haredi demographics? What does the rabbi expect to happen here in the future? I'm really trying to be rational and I can't seem to be optimistic.
