Women's scholarship – update

Hello Rabbi,
You previously wrote a post about (the lack of) female scholarship, and about the journal that tried to promote female Torah writing and, in your opinion, did not yield significant scholarly results. Has the situation changed since you wrote the post, in your opinion? (I assume you are relatively up-to-date on the world of women's scholarship).
