Cosmological argument

The Rabbi in his notebook rejected the scientific refutation of the cosmological argument – Quantum Theory and Free Creation
Something that has already been proven in our time.
Assuming that this violates a logical law called the law of conservation of entity
(A law that the Rabbi thought of and no other scientist, as well as a law that was supposed to happen but does not really exist in reality)

The Rabbi wants to reject the explanation on a completely unfounded claim.
I don't understand how the rabbi is so irrational.
