Is it moral to have a child at the age of 88?

Hello Rabbi,
In recent days, it has become known that the Rosh Yeshiva gave birth to his firstborn son at the age of 88, and his wife is fifty-plus years old.
Is it morally right to have a child who will probably not have many years of parental upbringing? As a reminder, the life expectancy for men in Israel is 82.7.
