Kosher and vegan
Rabbi, is it permissible to eat at a vegan restaurant that does not have kosher supervision (even private supervision), but the restaurant is not open on Shabbat and I eat foods that are not subject to the risk of worms, etc….?

There are mitzvot that depend on the land (foreskin, Tarom) and cooking for non-Jews, immersing utensils, and simply drinking wine (including the raw materials, even if you don't drink wine). As for the utensils, it is likely that they were not used for meat or milk, but it is not certain.
