Kidnapped, what will happen to them?

Shalom Rabbi, in view of the fact that "total victory" or "the collapse of Hamas" will not happen, according to what we see. Isn't it appropriate to simply close a deal that will return all those 134 people that the state abandoned?? Until now the excuse was that it harms the war, etc., now it seems that all the brigades are leaving Gaza and the army is slowing down. So wouldn't it be better to release those prisoners in order to receive our brothers who are in captivity?
