Question
Hello Rabbi Michi, this year I’m in yeshiva and I want to deal with the question of the existence of God, a question that has been bothering me for many years. I’m interested in devoting serious study time to it in order to reach conclusions, partial as they may be. So first of all, which of your content trees would you recommend in this context, and more generally, things that would be worth reading in the religious world and outside it? I already have a background in general philosophy, the teachings of Rabbi Kook, the teachings of Maimonides, and more. Ultimately I want to get into the matter as deeply as possible and truly understand what I am facing.
Answer
My book The First Being deals with this question. I don’t have anything else in particular to recommend.
