Is there a halakhic or moral obligation to tell a woman I’m dating that I take Cipralex, assuming that I truly and sincerely believe it has absolutely no effect on me or on my future? I’m simply assuming that there’s a tendency to see a person with anxiety as less desirable, but on the other hand, as long as I’m taking the medication I function completely normally without any problem.

I think so. Although if in your opinion it has no effect, then perhaps there is justification for waiting with this until a real relationship develops between you, and only then revealing it gently. That is so as not to reduce your chances of finding a partner in the first place.
