Was Moses on a trip at Mount Sinai?
Question
Professor Benny Shanon claims that Moses was on a trip at Mount Sinai. Is that plausible?

Answer
Very much so. In my opinion, Benny Shanon also used such substances when he wrote his article, and Harari used them too when he approved the article. Is every piece of academic brain-addling worth wasting time discussing? With all due respect, spare us this nonsense.
Discussion on Answer
No, because it is very plausible that they saw sounds in full consciousness. It is more plausible, as he maintains, that they used plants—whether white harmal or acacia or whatever it may be. It's clear from your words that you are clinging to the revelation at Mount Sinai, because without it the ground drops out from under your faith. But it's worth opening your mind one step further, because psychedelics are a whole world.

According to his approach, Moses our Rabbi and all the children of Israel were drug addicts. In my opinion, they simply experienced synesthesia without using drugs!!!
