Answer

I feel I’m not sufficiently knowledgeable in psychology or in tools for inner personal work. I’ll write a few things that come to mind. 
Perhaps to look closely at people who are more talented and better than you. Think about which of your achievements are the work of your own hands and which came from qualities you were given. It is also worth paying attention not to build your identity on what others think, and pride too is of that sort. And also to think: what is the point of pride? In the end, we are all flesh and blood, and our end is dust.
