I am not lenient about anything. This is a very severe transgression. But when a person’s urge compelled him, it can be seen as coercion. Not because the transgression is lenient, but because of the difficulty of the circumstances.
Therefore there is no connection to other forbidden sexual relationships, unless there is a person whose sexual inclination is only toward his mother or his sister and not toward other women.
