I found out that my little daughter made a shady deal with the neighbors' kids:
she takes from the passionfruit, and in exchange they come and jump on the trampoline.
But that's not fair, because the fruit is ownerless since this is the Sabbatical year.
Anyway I take as much as I feel like.
What should I do?

Well, these are klutz kashyas.
Your little daughter's deals don't obligate you. Beyond that, if the fruit is ownerless on its own, then indeed you have no benefit of disposal. But if there is an obligation to render it ownerless, then there is room to discuss benefit of disposal. And if you declared it ownerless, you can still gather the fruit, and in any case you have the right to give of your own to others. And your daughter, who is exempt from the commandments—even if she did this improperly, nothing comes of it.

Enough with the freeloading.
This is the king's confiscation, so why should they get to come to the trampoline, which is not the king's confiscation?
