Question

Honor to the Rabbi, greetings and blessings.
A large part of the yeshiva world—both Haredi and Religious Zionist—is currently engaged in the topic of the parameters of presumptions in tractate Ketubot. There is a need and desire to hear the Rabbi’s reasoning on this subject (the parameters of presumption, the present presumption and the original presumption, two factors for the worse, etc.), and I would be glad if the Rabbi could devote a column on Peninei VeAyin to this complex topic. (If one like this already exists, I would be glad to receive a reference.)
