Why have the leading halakhic decisors of the generation—this one among the rabbis and that one among the rabbis—ruled in practice that in a case of "two are holding," they raise the object high above their heads, and whoever grabs it first, it is his? Is this ruling an instance of judicial discretion, or of "whoever is stronger prevails"? May our teacher and master instruct us, as one crowned from Heaven.
