We have a foreign worker in the house who takes care of our child in the mornings (a child with disabilities), and he also stays after the child leaves for school to organize the house. It turns out that he remains alone with my wife, and there is a problem of seclusion.
It is possible to leave the front door unlocked, but the issue is that the house is surrounded by a yard, and the yard is locked with a motorized iron gate (it opens only with a code). It is problematic to release the gate so that people could enter from outside.
Do you have an idea how to find a solution to the prohibition of seclusion? (The leniency of “her husband is in town” does not apply, because I am usually not in town.)
