Question

Hello Rabbi, greetings. I wanted to know what the right approach is in character refinement. I’m a person for whom sexuality takes up a big place in life, and I feel that in some cases it isn’t for my benefit, and it causes me to be excessively preoccupied with sexual desire, to the point of sinful thoughts. I don’t really know what to do in order to improve my character traits regarding sexuality and the like.
P.S. I am happily married and don’t feel that I am lacking anything from my wife, yet despite that I still seek to satisfy my desire.
