I didn’t understand—an article on which topic? There is no reason to worry about the Jewish status of a person who is established as Jewish. By the way, the Rabbinate does conduct some kind of symbolic inquiry.

An article about the halakhic rules for how one can prove Jewish status—especially one that explains why that Russian person who is certain that he is Jewish, whose family name is Jewish, and whom the gentiles in Russia clearly regarded as Jewish, still has to make an effort to bring proof.
