Hello, I wanted to know what the Rabbi thinks about Rabbi Moshe Feinstein’s leniency regarding non-Jewish milk. I live in the U.S., and there are lots of products with OU-D, and it makes traveling much easier when there is no chalav Yisrael.

Very reasonable. The only issue is that when the rationale no longer applies, the enactment and something established by formal count are not automatically void. But there are various considerations for being lenient when the rationale has lapsed (see my article on the nullification of enactments nowadays).
