Channel 14
peace,
I don't know if you're into the details, but broadly speaking:
Strauss has decided to cancel its advertisements on Channel 14, which is a financial blow to the channel, which is apparently not making much money anyway.
I don't know if you are familiar with the criticisms of the channel, but these criticisms, plus Ari Shamai's recent statement regarding Yigal Amir (which was asked about on the site), led to the decision to stop advertising on the channel.
Two of the main criticisms of the channel:
1. Channel 14 is framing Bibi and his other corrupt partners.
2. The journalists at Channel 14 are a bunch of unprofessional, sycophantic liars.
You can see these criticisms in an article by Kalman Liskind (the criticism is not specific to the channel but to certain journalists from the right side of the map):

In any case, following the Strauss company's move, Yinon Magal and the other delusional people called for a boycott of Strauss.
Yesterday, the climax came – a letter was released signed by quite a few important rabbis from religious Zionism, in which they announce that they are boycotting Strauss, and call on their students to do the same.
My question is, isn't it blasphemy for rabbis to come out in defense of Pike Channel like 14?
By the way, I'm a religious person and I'm pretty desperate for rabbis – it seems that there are almost no ones who are bothered by the conduct of this corrupt coalition. (I know there are other rabbis like you, but you are alone). In addition, almost all rabbis and religious people constantly excuse the ultra-Orthodox conduct of life at the expense of pensions, and ignore the warnings of economists. In short, I feel that this is a really difficult time to be a religious person who thinks.
thanks
