Death penalty for terrorists
Following the refusal of United Torah Judaism. Is there a halachic reason to say that the state is forbidden to kill terrorists? What is the difference between other laws of the kingdom? thanks

I haven't heard of it. But that's nonsense. It's clear that the state is allowed to impose the death penalty even on its own citizens (Madinah Damalkota), and certainly on enemies. This is a type of war.
