Isn't falling in love a deterministic process?
When I feel a strong infatuation, much stronger than a feeling of free choice, it's clear to me that it's purely a chemical-deterministic process. It's like a drug.
"I am in love" = powerful substances are at work in the mass of matter (called me).
I don't think anything non-deterministic needs to be involved.
If you agree, why can a much less strong feeling, such as free choice, indicate a breaking of a deterministic chain?

I disagree. In my opinion, there is also a mental dimension, not just a physical one, and the mental is not necessarily determined by the physical. There are also decisions here. Lust is probably physical, but there is more to love than lust.
Search here on the "Love and Lust" website and you will find several results for places where I explain this more.
I didn't understand what the strength of the feeling was about, said Didan. What matters is the content of the feeling, not its intensity.
