Maharsha vs Maharsha

שו"תMaharsha vs Maharsha
שאל לפני 3 שנים

It has already been known in the gates that at the end of every statement of the Rashal it is written "(And look at the Rashal)" and now I have recently come to know that almost without exception the Rashal disagrees with the Rashal on every single statement (99.9%) and I do not understand how it is possible that the Rashal did not find that at least one in a hundred would write a true statement of the Rashal, and as if the Rashal went out with sword and spear to find fault with every statement of the Rashal. And as for the book "The War of God on the Maor", he wants to excuse everywhere the words of the Rif when the Maor makes it difficult for him, but here the Rashal did not write to disagree with anyone, but rather wrote a few notes on the Talmud in his book and sometimes he also corrected a little, and why was the Rashal so angry that in all his words he found only nonsense and bad spirits. Maybe there was some dispute between them? Or maybe because the Rashal wants to put forward the old version? But even when he did not pronounce the Maharshala but rather the city of Balama, even there he disagreed with the Maharsha! And read a little about this in the introduction to Zohar Levin on the Maharshala, which is printed in Oz and Hadar.
What does the rabbi think about this? (And yes, on this forum)

I don't understand the question. The words are written in places where the Maharsha commented and disagreed with the Maharsha. If he doesn't disagree, what should be commented on and referred to? This is also factually incorrect. In most of the talk, there is no reference to the Maharsha.
