Why don't you post this as a talkback to the relevant column (487)? It is possible that they estimated that if one goes there, one intends to enjoy oneself. Beyond that, this is truly inherent in bathing in the sea. If one goes to the sea and on the way sees such sights, it is a shameful act. But here it is part of the essence of bathing.
