peace. It seems that the rabbis excluded pools, seas, and mixed gyms from the other places and claimed that it was not permissible to go to them. What about Licha Darca Achrina, etc.? Why is this not a consideration there?

It is possible that they estimated that if one goes there, one intends to enjoy oneself. Beyond that, this is truly inherent in bathing in the sea. If one goes to the sea and on the way sees such sights, it is a shameful act. But here it is part of the essence of bathing. There is still room for reflection on this.
Remember that rabbis generally do not permit watching movies and reading books like the ones I wrote about here, so for some reason they believe there is no place for such a permit.
And I truly believe there is room for discussion about allowing it if he does not intend to do so.
