Sabra why did she call me?

שו"תSabra why did she call me?
שאל לפני 3 שנים

Hello Rabbi,
I read several times in the rabbi's articles that the rabbi says that the reason the Torah wrote the prohibition against murder, for example, or any prohibition of one person against another, is because it has a religious value, and the religious value is not related to moral value at all (because these are different systems of law). I wanted to ask based on this why the Sages formulated several times in the Shas in the form of an opinion, as he called it, according to the accepted approach (that the Torah deals at least with moral values) because something that is simply an opinion has no reason to be stated in the Torah, but in your opinion, what is the source of the opinions in obligations or commandments? This is a different system of values that does not work according to the logic of the Bible.
I hope the question was clear, thanks.
