The renewed argument from evil

שו"תThe renewed argument from evil
שאל לפני 3 שנים

In the SD
The rabbi wants to distinguish between natural and human evil (natural, God could not have made a better framework, and human is the fault of humans – free choice).
But in fact, human evil does not come at all empty, but most of it comes as a result of the fact that the morally appropriate thing is not clear to humans and they are actually forced into it. Then it turns out that most of human evil is not by choice. (It may only be in the dilemma of a value-driven nature, while most evil comes as a result of doubt in the values themselves).
But here it is possible to think of a system that would make it clear to people what is appropriate and right to do, and that would make the ideals more visible.

I don't think so. Human evil is usually the result of choosing evil rather than of a mistake in perception. But of course it's hard to measure that. It can be said that where man makes a mistake, it is natural and not human evil, and that nature or God is responsible for this. I presented a similar argument regarding the difference between an accidental murderer and an intentional murderer in column 436.
