What do you think about the suggestion to beat a divorce refuser until he says "I want it"?
Rabbi Shilat's suggestion follows the Rambam, and Rabbi Kapach also acted this way when he was a judge. In my opinion, this is an excellent solution and will prevent 99% of the refusal problems. What do you think?
