What is the crumb rate?
peace,
Is a crumb that is warned against being eaten on Passover really a crumb like the tiny crumbs found in many places, or is a crumb, for example, something the size of a sesame seed – that is, something with some kind of substance?
For example, if I place matzah on Passover in a room on a surface that I haven't cleaned in particular, and at a glance there isn't a single crumb of chametz, but theoretically it's possible that there are really small crumbs of chametz there from eating during the year (say, a millimeter by a millimeter in size), then should I be careful about such crumbs or only about something with some kind of substance?
I hope the question is clear, thanks.
