Will the country exist, prosper, and have a liberal character?

Three days ago you were asked if you see a chance for the country to exist and prosper and have a liberal character, and you answered yes.
In light of the demographics of the Haredi sector and its clearly illiberal nature, knowing the Haredi sector, in what plausible scenario could the above occur?
