1What do you think of Rabbi Benny Lau's book "The Days of the Wise"? Do you see it as harmonious with the Torah in a constructive framework between academia, Torah, and tradition?
2 Reading of the Bed – Do you have to read all 3 parshiot?
3) Is there any point in praying Shacharit 4 hours after its time if I woke up after 10 am?
5)Is Arabic prayer in the minyan obligatory or can I do it at home if it's too much trouble for me?

2. No. You can find reviews about it even on Wiki.
3. Yes. There is a reward for prayer, but there is no reward for prayer in its time. See Rafad in the blessings.
4. Arabic is a custom. In my opinion, a minyan is not an absolute obligation in any prayer.
