Someone admitted in court that he harmed me (lost me money), but that it happened on Shabbat (he harmed me by violating a work order), and indeed he claims that he violated this work order by mistake because he forgot that today is Shabbat.
What is the law?
Are they a group? Are they a group? Etc.

Interesting question. Regarding an unintentional offense, it does not seem to be said that a person does not consider himself wicked because he is not wicked. If this is true, then it follows that they do not make a plea but rather believe him for everything that happened on Shabbat. Therefore, he is exempt, since he admitted that he was guilty, but the mouth that forbade is the mouth that permitted and is also faithful that he did it on Shabbat, meaning exemption from the law of the Kalabdaram.
