Do you think the 7/10 attack was under the personal supervision of God?
Or was it a person's choice?
On the one hand, they say that the hearts of kings and princes are in the hand of God.
On the other hand, Pharaoh was punished because he did things of his own free will.
And is this said about all decision makers?

You're probably not a veteran here. My view is that nothing in the world is done with divine involvement (except perhaps a few sporadic things, and no one can know whether they exist and what they are).
